Carly and Jordan’s wedding day was a beautiful celebration of tradition, love, and every little detail that makes a wedding feel deeply personal. From the intimate moments before the ceremony to the grand finale that lit up the Scottsdale sky, this day had it all.

Before the ceremony even began, Carly and Jordan gathered with their closest family and friends for the Ketubah signing. One of the most meaningful Jewish wedding traditions, the Ketubah is a marriage contract that has been a cornerstone of Jewish weddings for centuries. Signing it together surrounded by the people who love you most sets a tone of intention and commitment that carries through the entire day. It is one of my favorite moments to photograph because the emotion in the room is so genuine and so quietly powerful.

McCormick Ranch Golf Club is one of those Scottsdale wedding venues that delivers on every level. Lush green fairways, mature trees, stunning lake views, and that classic Arizona light that makes every photo look like it was planned by design. It is a venue that feels both timeless and distinctly Scottsdale, and it never disappoints. Whether you are drawn to the outdoor ceremony spaces or the elegantly appointed reception spaces, McCormick Ranch is the kind of venue that photographs beautifully from every angle and at every hour of the day.

One of my favorite details from Carly and Jordan’s reception was that they made their way to every single table to spend time with their guests. It sounds simple but it makes for the most genuine, warm, candid photos of the entire night. Real laughter, real hugs, real conversations. Those are the images that end up meaning the most when you look back years later.

Just when the night felt complete, the sky had other plans. Carly and Jordan ended their wedding with a drone show, and it was absolutely one of the most stunning things I have ever photographed. Watching the sky above McCormick Ranch Golf Club come alive with light and movement while two newlyweds stood together taking it all in. There are no words. You just have to see it.

If you are planning your wedding at McCormick Ranch Golf Club or anywhere in the Scottsdale area and are looking for a photographer who will show up for every single moment from the Ketubah signing to the drone show, I would love to be part of your day. Let’s connect!
