Rancher Hat Bar x Dutch Bros at Stagecoach 2025 in Indio, California

Stagecoach weekend is always an experience, but this year, I had the opportunity to step behind the lens for something truly special. I partnered with Rancher Hat Bar and Dutch Bros to capture their brand activations at one of the biggest country music festivals in the world, and it did not disappoint.

This is the kind of work that reminds me why I love what I do beyond weddings. Fast-paced, creative, and full of energy.

Thursday Night: An Intimate Dinner with Influencers

The weekend kicked off on Thursday with an intimate influencer dinner hosted by Rancher Hat Bar. The vibe was warm, curated, and intentional. Exactly the kind of event that photographs beautifully. Think golden light, good company, and the kind of relaxed energy that only comes when a brand genuinely knows how to host. It set the tone perfectly for what was ahead.

Saturday: The Gifting Event

Saturday brought the main event, a full gifting activation where influencers got to customize their own hats at the Rancher Hat Bar and walk away with an incredible lineup of gifts. The energy was high, the booths were stunning, and everywhere you looked there was something worth photographing.

Drinks were flowing all day, with a serious lineup of brands showing up and showing out. Dutch Bros keeping everyone caffeinated and in good spirits, Sip Margs serving up the perfect festival cocktail, Voss Water, Olipop, and more. The booths were beautifully styled and each brand brought its own personality to the space, which made for such dynamic, varied content throughout the day.

The Content

For a shoot like this, I focused on capturing a full range of content that brands can actually use. Wide establishing shots of the activation space, close-up detail shots of the products and gifting moments, candid influencer content that felt natural and fun, and everything in between. The goal was to tell the full story of the event from arrival to the last golden hour shot.
